Description:

Tempe's Beach Park is a 25 acre park stretching along the Tempe Town Lake. Nearly every weekend there are events such as runs, concerts or festivals. See their website or call for details and schedules.

They have a $1.3 million splash park playground that lets kids safely get wet and play in the water. This feature is generally open from April thru September so check for details.

The amphitheater holds 5,000 people comfortably for concerts or other events.

Other than boats, there are vendors selling hot dogs, snow cones and other food items as well as offering bike rentals.
